25% Restock fee on all returned items.  Items purchased within 30 days are replaced via advanced replacement and are shipped the same method as the original purchase.   A return authorization number must be assigned by TelecomBiz.com to all items prior to being returned to TelecomBiz.com. All returned items without a return authorization number may be subject to additional charges.

Warranty Policy:(applies to all products unless otherwise indicated)
Defective items: You ship us your defective item, and we get you a replacement.  An Advance Replacement Warranty is offered within 30 days of purchase date. We ship you a replacement, same method as purchase, as soon as a defective item is reported. For a nominal fee, you can even upgrade shipping on replacements to get them as quickly as you need them.

Shipping Policy:

Ground shipments usually ship the same or next business day.   All expedited shipping will ship the same day as long as the order is placed before the shipment cutoff.
